My signature 60 minute class for your body mind & soul, is an experience to guide you home to yourself. If you are feeling disconnected, exhausted, & out of alignment with your true self, this class will help you reconnect, & remember who you are. Each session blends the healing power of mindfulness & meditation, gentle Pilates & soulful stretch, EFT Tapping, & heart opening/grounding practices. Together, we cleanse our energy, & transform fear into freedom!

Belief Coding® sessions dive deep into the root causes of discomfort, reprogramming your subconscious mind with new, empowering beliefs. This science-backed modality founded by Jess Cunningham, priced at £180 per session, integrates elements of Psychology, CBT, NLP, Meditation, Matrix Re-imprinting, Kinesiology, and energy healing for profound transformation.
Many of our subconscious beliefs are formed in early childhood, within the first seven years of life, hence the quote; “Give me the child until he is 7, & I will show you the man “.

Join me on the mat every week to energise and rejuvenate your mind and body. You will experience a 60 minute mixed-ability class designed to strengthen and balance your entire being. I focus on the whole body, strengthening and lengthening, whilst learning the principles of Pilates and really understanding how to activate your core; through the use of the Pilates Breath. Each session aims to improve your mobility, flexibility, posture, body awareness, muscle tone and balance, leaving you feeling calm, centred and grounded.
